Saturday, May 17th

| 3:15 PM | 2A/3A teams arrive - locker rooms available |
| 3:30 PM | Two gates open and concession stands open in Koskinen stadium |
| 3:45 PM | 2A/3A teams on stadium field |
| 4:00 PM | Ball boys report to score table |
| 4:20 PM | National Anthem and starting lineups |
| 4:30 PM | 2A/3A Faceoff (teams remove all from locker room at halftime) |
| 5:30 PM | 4A teams arrive - locker rooms available |
| 5:45 PM | Turf fields next to stadium available for warm-up |
| 6:15 PM | 2A/3A Championship trophy presentation |
| 6:30 PM | 4A teams on stadium field |
| 6:30 PM | Ball boys report to score table |
| 6:50 PM | National Anthem and starting lineups |
| 7:00 PM | 4A Faceoff |
| 8:45 PM | 4A Championship trophy presentation - All State players on field |
| 9:00 PM | Ball boys and others break down field - volunteer group picks up trash |
